Purposes:

-          Celebrate Centennial of Rotary International and the 20^th birthday of the Rotaract Club of Beirut

-          Promote fashion and design by promoting 15 Lebanese talented young Fashion Designers.

Date: June 24^th.
Place: Edde Sands, Byblos.
Attendees:

·        750 persons attended this event, the biggest event ever done by any Rotaract club in Lebanon.

·        Various Rotarians, Zuhair Murad , Miss Lebanon’s and local and international stars attended the show.

Media:

-          A 8.000$ worth radio campaign have put 156 adds concerning the event on RadioOne, (Lebanon number 1 radio) during 2 weeks.

-          4 TV stations covered the event: Hya TV, New TV, Orbit and StudioVision.

-           6 magazines covered the event: Snob, Noun, Mondanite, Femme magazine, Nadine, Prestige.

Special Remarks:

-          Catwalk, models, lighting, backstage, projections, seaside resort and coverage of the fashion show have all been provided by top of the line professional companies in Lebanon.

-          The concept of fashion show as a promotion for young talented fashion designer in itself was followed by a dinner for 260 persons, the handing over ceremony and a beach party.
