The Rotaract Club of Beirut was founded in 1985 and was recognized internationally by receiving its chart from the Rotary International.
During the war, the Club had to stop its activities.
In 1994, the Rotary Club of Beirut and other Rotaract clubs of Lebanon saw the need and the necessity to reactivate the Rotaract Club of Beirut, especially that it represents the capital. The Club took back its activities on September 7, 1994 with 24 members. Since that date, its members have served the community and have changed the lives of other people in many ways.
